Meet the Team

LINDSAY PARK, Executive Chef and General Manager

Lindsay was born and raised in Yakima. After graduation from Eisenhower High School, Lindsay attended the University of Washington and the Art Institute of Seattle.  She spent time after culinary school at the Harvest Vine and Purple Café and Wine Bar in Seattle. In 2008 Lindsay moved home and was part of the opening team of Tony’s Steakhouse before moving on to open Geppetto’s Italian Bistro.  Lindsay moved on from Geppetto’s to Gasperetti’s, our town’s oldest fine dining restaurant, where she spent 4 years learning from both John Gasperetti and Brad Patterson.  Lindsay moved on from Gasperetti’s in 2017 to begin the building process of Provisions with Brig and Susie Temple. Provisions is Lindsay’s dream come true and has been a great adventure and she can’t wait to see what the future holds.  When not at the restaurant, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family.  She recently married the love of her life Amy, our Assistant General Manager and Market Manager along with 3 kiddos, Devynn, Lannah and Amiah.

 

AMY PARK, Assistant General Manager & Market Manager

Amy recently married her longtime love, Lindsay Park, who is our Executive Chef and General Manager.  Together, they raise three daughters.  Amy focuses heavily on ensuring team members’ needs and concerns are met, as well as discovering what our local community would like us to focus on in the restaurant and market.  Amy likes change, so be prepared to always have something new and exciting in the market, that you cannot get anywhere else in Yakima.  In her off time, Amy enjoys any outdoor activities and spontaneous adventures.

 

JEREMIAH HARRISON, Bar Manager

Jeremiah started working in bars in 2002 and managed Duck Island Ale House for seven years.  He then moved to El Corazon and The Crocodile, which are both live music venues in Seattle that had approximately 15 different acts weekly.  When not working, Jeremiah enjoys going to record stores, collecting vinyl and traveling.  He will be traveling to London and Paris this fall to watch the Seahawks play the Raiders at Wembley Stadium!  Since moving back to Yakima, Jeremiah realizes how much he loves the sunshine, after 18 years in Seattle.  This winter, he’d like to get a season pass to ski!

 

BRANDON CONTRERAS, Sous Chef

Brandon’s main focuses are creating new and exciting specials, ensuring that the kitchen team is properly prepared for each service, and checking each and every completed dish before it leaves the kitchen, to ensure it is the vision of Provisions.  Brandon recently became engaged to another kitchen team-member, Marissa!  Together, they have three children, Emma, 5, Jonathan, 2, and Skylar, 7 months. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys drawing, spending time with family and watching football.

 

CHELSEA DEAL, Events Coordinator

Chelsea’s biggest role at Provisions is maintaining events, answering questions and ensuring the guest experiences are the best that they can be.  Chelsea grew up in Wapato, but currently lives in Yakima with her husband Melvin.  Together, they are avid farmers with produce and livestock, raising goats, cows and a flock of over 200 chickens.  These chickens are the ones that lay the eggs that we sell in the market!  In her spare time, Chelsea likes to hike the great Northwest and watch Netflix.  She hopes to one day own her own events hall and be a host to many of Yakima’s top events.

 

CAT SHIN, Assistant Market Manager

Cat is not only our Assistant Market Manager, but is also one of our top servers, as well as our chalkboard artist!  Cat has been in the restaurant industry for 6 years and has been with Provisions from the very beginning.  Cat focuses on ensuring that the market runs smoothly and maintaining a clear line of communication with all team members.  When Cat is not working, you will find her at the park with her daughter, Addison, who is three!  Cat was born and raised in Yakima and is a graduate of Eisenhower.
